If your autopay is turned off, you’ll receive email and mobile notifications once a bill is pending for your approval. 


Click the link in the email that will direct you to the bill page on your Finli app, and click Approve Payment, once you've verified that the details on the bill are correct. 


To approve payment of a bill on the Finli App: 

  1. On the main page of your Finli app, under Action Required, you'll be able to see bills that are pending for your approval
  2. Click Approve Invoice 
  3. Check that the details of that bill are correct. Once you’re ready to approve that bill, click Approve Payment
