Prior to Payment


If you have a question about a specific charge or need to cancel an upcoming bill before it has been issued, please contact the school directly. If you’ve any questions regarding the bill-pay process, payment source or timing please reach out to Finli at support@finli.com or by messaging us using the chat feature in the Help menu of your app.


If you’d like to stop a payment from proceeding because of a question or dispute, simply click “Pause Payment” button on a particular bill and let us know the reason for pausing the payment. Our team will get back to you. Meanwhile, the money will not be pulled from your registered bank account until a resolution is reached.
