If your school is using Finli for bill payments, you’ll receive an introductory email from info@finli.com welcoming you and providing instructions on how to setup your account.


If you're already a Finli app user, you’ll need to accept adding the school to your Finli account before you can receive and pay bills issued by the school.  


If you’re not currently a Finli App user, you’ll need to download Finli App and sign up a Finli account using the email address shown in the introductory email.


If the email is still missing, please reach out to Finli at support@finli.com or message us using the chat feature in the Help menu of your app.  Our team will be happy to assist you!
